It's this flux that makes fake transformers popular. A large number of counterfeiters use transformers made of aluminium wires to impersonate copper transformers for unjust purposes. A large number of buyers were deceived and spent money on copper transformers, but they bought aluminium transformers, regardless of the Technical Supervision Bureau and the industry and commerce.
Recently Xiaobian saw someone asking how to weld copper and aluminium when he was visiting the welder's sticker bar. Come here, let's know about the copper and aluminium flux cored wire.
Copper-aluminium flux-cored wire is a kind of brazing material. Copper and aluminium can be welded together by brazing process, so it is named copper-aluminium wire (named according to its use).
Because the price of copper is more than three times the price of aluminium, many manufacturers are changing their technology to use aluminium instead of aluminium in the workpiece, and copper is still used in the irreplaceable part, so it is necessary to weld the two materials together, and copper-aluminium welding wire can solve the problem of welding the two materials.

Copper-aluminium flux-cored wire is a composite brazing material consisting of zinc-aluminium alloy outer layer and white fluoride flux inner layer. At present, it is mainly used in flame brazing, high frequency induction brazing and furnace brazing of copper and aluminium alloy, brass and aluminium alloy, aluminium alloy and aluminium alloy.
Copper and aluminium are welded together by flame brazing, furnace brazing and high-frequency brazing using copper-aluminium flux-cored wire FWB9802C. Brazing filler metal is used as intermediate medium to weld copper and aluminium together (actually metallurgical reaction occurs, brazing filler metal penetrates into the molecular structure of copper and aluminium materials through capillary action). After welding, the joints are well formed, with good tensile and shear resistance and electrical conductivity. It has good corrosion resistance and is a commonly used copper-aluminum welding method at present.

4. Welding method:
Before welding, remove oil, dirt and insulating layer on base metal thoroughly, move welding torch to and fro to uniformly heat welding parts, first heating thick parts, then heating thin parts; first heating copper parts, then heating aluminium parts; when the temperature of welding parts reaches 450-500 degrees C, the welding wire will be added to the welding site, so that the welding wire will evenly melt and flow into the welding seam (no flame can be directly aligned with the welding wire heating). The welding can be completed by micro-sweeping the welding position with flame, ensuring the solder spreading and positioning, removing the torch and letting it cool naturally.
5. Application Industry
1. Aluminum wire and copper joint, copper bar and aluminum foil welding in transformer and reactor (Aluminum wire in transformer coil can replace copper wire, but Aluminum joint can not replace copper joint);
2. Welding of aluminium and copper pipes in condensers, evaporators, radiators in refrigerators and air conditioners;
3. Welding of copper and aluminium wires in electrical machines, batteries and household appliances.
With the maturity of technology, copper-aluminium welding wire will be widely used in various industries.
